1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.  In case of personalized item,  no return will be possible.

2. Period of withdrawal

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

3. Notification of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a declaration clearly expressing your desire to exercise your right of withdrawal via the "contact" page.

4. Compliance with the withdrawal period

In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you send your declaration relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

5. Effect of withdrawal

In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us) immediately and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process the refund using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. This reimbursement will not be accompanied by any costs for you.

6. Right of retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever is the earliest.

7. Return of the goods

You must return or return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after having communicated to us your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period is deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period.

8. Referral costs

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

9. Compensation in the event of depreciation of the goods

Your responsibility is only engaged with regard to the depreciation of the good resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and the good functioning of this good.
